01 General Terms and Acceptance

Welcome to apoi88. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and apoi88 ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by apoi88.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

One Account Per User

• Minimum deposit limit: RM 30 per transaction.

• Apoi88 charges no fees for deposits — however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes for most payment methods, subject to complete account verification. First-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding certain thresholds may require additional review by our team.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

05 Game Rules and Conduct

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

• Alors88 reserves the right to void any wager found to have been placed fraudulently or in violation of the rules.

06 Prohibited Activities

Using the alors88 platform for the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Money laundering: Using the platform to conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Identity fraud: Registering or using an account under another person's identity without their authorization.
• Game manipulation: Using software, tools, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Multiple account abuse: Registering more than one account to obtain bonuses or other advantages.

07 Account Suspension and Termination

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid fund balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days after identity verification is complete.

Accounts closed upon self-request under the self-exclusion program cannot be reopened until the designated period has expired.

08 Limitation of Liability

Alors88 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times. We are not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or unstable connections on the user's end.
• Delays, errors, or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, third-party infrastructure failures, or actions by authorities.

Alors88's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
